Join Steve Yndo, Yndo Commerical Real Estate, as he discusses his latest development project in Southtown - The Madison Street Garden Homes. Built in the tradition of the turn of the century homes of the King William Historic District, these low maintenance garden homes are each 2,700 SF with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and feature open entry galleries with expansive side courtyards, screened balconies, foot thick insulated masonry walls, exposed concrete floors, high ceilings, walk-in showers & garden tubs in the master baths, and two-car carports.

Their location in the heart of San Antonio’s most walkable and picturesque neighborhood, short blocks to the San Antonio River and the downtown trolley line, along with thermally efficient insulated concrete construction, standing seam metal roofs, 18 Seer heat pumps, and drought tolerant landscaping, the Madison Garden Homes are expected to achieve LEED Silver Certification.

The event will begin at Liberty Bar with a discussion with Steve Yndo and then the group will walk to the Madison Street Garden Homes for a tour. This event is for Young Leader members/non-members and limited to 25 attendees.
