Jordan Warshaw founded The Noannet Group, a Boston-based real estate development firm, in 2011. Noannet’s focus is urban mixed-use and residential developments, with completed and current projects including a mix of condominiums, multifamily, hotel and retail, as well as a new initiative to develop large-scale transit-oriented middle income “workforce” housing within the City of Boston. Prior t
