    Recent citywide planning efforts have blazed new trails in identifying how underused land and property can be positioned to accommodate new growth. This presents the private sector with real estate opportunities and provides cities with new avenues for relieving housing and other sector demand pressures in the face of limited supply.

     
    This session will use Boston’s latest comprehensive planning effort, Imagine Boston 2030, as a departure point for describing innovations in citywide planning and their implications for the real estate sector.
