This panel explores how San Diego has created an urban ecosystem primed for the development of life sciences. Panelists will discuss what propelled San Diego's transformation from a coastal cannery town to a 21st-century economy that has become one of the top three markets in North America for life sciences. The discussion will cover the unique attributes and opportunities of San Diego's urban ecosystem, including transportation, higher learning and research institutions, housing, and development.
