    Three major Boston transit stations—North, South, and Back Bay—are each undergoing or about to embark on a massive redevelopment involving air rights and private-sector partners. Tens of thousands of passengers travel through each of these stations daily—a strong incentive for developers to build mixed-use destinations in, on, and around them—providing a captured audience of consistent foot traffic as well as strong first impressions of Boston to visitors.
