    This session spotlights the creative, inspiring EastPoint project, a new small-scale retail and office development in Oklahoma City. EastPoint illustrates best practices in high-impact development, including community engagement and reinvestment. In pulling together financing for this project, located in a largely African American community that has experienced disinvestment, the developer was challenged by the long-term consequences of historic redlining.
